Well today i aswered a telephone call. i usualy just let it ring, then check who has called. As they usualy want money. Today I aswered, it was very uncomfortable but at least i spoke to them, i am to send them a copy of my budget so they can see my in and outgoings and we can sort a payment. I feeling a bit better each day, but still have a long way to goes. Today I spent my allocate time surfing for frugal things to do around the home, instead of looking for my mirical cure. When i put the washing in machine today, i halfed the tablet, so get two washes for one tablet, washing detergent will last twice as long. i dont need a lot of washing detergent as i wash everyday (yes another hangup) i cannot bare dirty washing around. I wish there was a phycologist reading all this.
i am reading other blogs with interest but have not replied as yet, the mess i'm in i havnt got anything usefull to say

Good for you taking the call. Yes, uncomfortable, but better than sticking your head in the sand. Let them know you are making an honest effort and then do as you promise and they'll be kinder as well.
